Shane has done a wonderful job for us – building a front porch, a 600 sq ft addition, basement space and a back deck with stairs. We hired Shane at Royal Point for a guest bath remodel – full bath tile surrounds, floor tiling, a re-texture and repair of our bathroom walls, and tile baseboard trim. In addition he completed the tile trim in our master bath to match. He did an awesome job on everything. Shane works hard, has great attention to detail and pride in his work, and doesn’t cut any corners. Would definitely do business with him again

Shane Peterson was hired to build a walk path and a footbridge across the creek at our home. He was also asked to match it as closely as he could with a walk path already in place on the other side of our house.

Shane did a fantastic job and worked very hard on our project. He is meticulous and that is just what my husband and I were looking for. The bridge and the path look very nice and it makes our home look pretty sharp.

Shane did a thorough job re-siding the exterior of our home. We wanted to try to save some money by painting the siding ourselves and Shane ordered the siding to get to our house a week before he started the construction so we could paint it on the ground instead of 30 feet above the ground… super nice. We appreciated him finishing the work during the time frame he had given us as well. And some people might not care about this… but I’ve noticed many handymen teams/ contractors smoke outside your home and leave cigarettes on your property. We appreciated that a Shane was a non-smoker.

We’ve hired Shane to complete a variety of projects for us over the past few years: a full basement renovation, bathroom (including tiling our shower), custom fence in backyard, and a full commercial office remodel. He is currently remodeling the basement in our new home as well. Shane has always been professional, reliable, patient, and hard working. His fees are fair and I trust he’s finding us the best deal (while maintaining good quality) on materials and other contracted professionals (plumbers, electricians, etc). More than anything, his craftsmanship is excellent. We simply won’t start a project until he’s available to do the work.
